—— OUR STORY

More than a gym.
A sisterhood.

Sisters Fitness Club was born from a simple observation: too many women felt unsafe, unwelcome, or unseen in traditional gym spaces. Language barriers, cultural differences, and persistent stereotypes kept them on the sidelines.

We built SFC to change that. Every class, every coach, every decision is made with one question in mind: does this help our sisters feel strong?

Lina is the founder and owner of Sisters Fitness Club. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Lina recognized critical gaps in traditional gym environments—particularly around women’s safety, inclusion, and comfort. Language barriers, cultural differences, and persistent stereotypes often prevent women from fully engaging in the sports and training they aspire to do.

Her mission is to empower women of all backgrounds to feel confident starting their own fitness journeys, providing a safe space and support needed to create real lasting change.
