EMPOWERING WOMEN THROUGH FITNESS AND COMMUNITY.
OUR STORY
Sisters Fitness Club is an initiative to fill gaps in the fitness, martial arts, and Muslim community for women. Our goal is to create safe spaces for women to train and exercise to build their confidence and physical health.
SFC is run by a group of sisters that are dedicated and passionate about their fitness, health, and faith. Our love for mixed martial arts, has brought passionate individuals ready to coach with dedication. We want to build resilient communities through engaging women to lead active lives with pushing their fitness to the next level. We have something for everyone - low intensity yoga, non-contact cardio kickboxing, and traditional Muay Thai martial arts training.
At SFC, we find private fitness facilities that can be secured for sisters group fitness classes and gym use. We provide a welcoming environment exclusively for women, where men are not permitted during designated class times. Your privacy is our priority—which means no cameras, no open doors, no views from outside.
Our values are rooted in Islamic teachings - being kind, disciplined, and supportive of one another. We grow together physically, mentally, and spiritually. This is more than a club; it’s a sisterhood. What are you waiting for?
