Muay Thai, known as the "Art of 8 Limbs," is a full-contact combat sport that employs striking with fists, elbows, kicks, knees, and clinch techniques. Unlike other martial arts, Muay Thai emphasizes power and grounded movement, resulting in impactful strikes that deliver more damage.

​Its focus on strength ensures that classes provide intense cardio and full-body workouts, promoting weight loss and muscle toning. Consistency and discipline in training lead to significant results for participants.

STRENGTH TRAINING
& MOBILITY

Starting a weightlifting regimen without a personal trainer can be challenging and, if not approached correctly, may lead to long-term bodily harm. Working with a strength and conditioning personal trainer offers several benefits, including increased strength and muscle mass, as well as improved tone.

A trainer can help you achieve specific aesthetic goals, such as weight loss or targeted area enhancement, while also providing guidance on the proper use of various types of equipment.

KICKBOXING

Brace yourselves for the thrilling KICKBOXING sessions led by the amazing Sister Afeefa! It's a no-contact, high-energy class suitable for ALL LEVELS - a fantastic way to wrap up your Friday night.

Get ready for a dose of MMA-style aerobic workout! Dress in comfy workout gear for all the boxing, kicking, and jumping action. Sneakers are a must, and don't forget your water bottle.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art that empowers women by teaching practical self-defense, improving physical fitness, and building confidence. It focuses on technique and leverage over size or strength, making it especially effective for women of all body types. Through consistent training, women gain strength, resilience, and a supportive community that fosters both mental and physical growth.

Yoga & wellness

Take time to reset with our once-a-month Yoga & Wellness session designed just for women. These classes focus on relaxation, flexibility, and mental clarity—helping to reduce stress, improve mobility, and support overall well-being. It’s the perfect way to reconnect with yourself and recharge in a supportive, calming environment.
